Steps to give you a healthy and beautiful smile:
A beautiful and bright smile is the best calling card. Fortune Smiles wants to inform you and guide your journey to being one of our new and welcomed patients. We are here to answer every question to help you maintain a healthy smile and make your first visit a success. Let’s discuss your exam, X-rays and treatment plan. We can discuss any concerns you may have before your visit or during your treatment consultation. We will create your personalized treatment plan and discuss financial options to achieve your goals for your mouth, teeth and smile.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
During the initial consultation, we will give you the opportunity to meet our team, receive a complete initial exam, and find out which treatment options will best meet your needs. During your consultation, we will review your dental and medical history and provide a complete oral exam, with X-rays, to determine what treatment is necessary. We will create a customized treatment plan for your smile and discuss all financial information, insurance options, and payment plans.
AFTER INITIAL CONSULTATION
You’re one step closer to achieving the smile you’ve always wanted! After your consultation, we will schedule your first appointment to start your treatment plan. This appointment generally takes about an hour and during this time, our team will be available to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible.
SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT
Depending on your treatment plan, your Fortune Smiles team will work with you to make sure that your appointments are as convenient and comfortable as possible. When scheduling your appointments, please let us know what days and times work best for you. We understand that “life happens!” If you’re running late or need to reschedule, please communicate with us so we can do everything possible to accommodate you.
VISITING THE DENTIST
It is very important that you continue to visit once every six months, even during your dental treatment, for teeth cleanings and routine dental checkups.
